Air Armenia

Air Armenia is an Armenian company, which must respect the European regulation CE 261/2004 for all its departures from the countries of the European Union.
For any cancellation, delay or overbooking the company must provide assistance and respond to complaints from travelers.

Cancellation and conditions

The cancellation can be caused by several reasons including those that can not be controlled such as climate disasters, climate instability or strikes by non-seagoing personnel.
Unless the company is able to demonstrate this, travelers are entitled to compensation of up to € 600 (depending on the flight itinerary) as well as assistance with refreshments, meals, communications and even transportation. accommodation if necessary.
Since 2004, the airline has been forced to offer the choice between rerouting or refund.
That said, the company is not responsible if it has warned its travelers at least two weeks before or if it manages to provide a flight with the same conditions and arrive at the time that was originally scheduled.

Denied Boarding

A denied boarding is often caused by overbooking that companies practice to prevent possible cancellations.
As with the cancellation, the airline must offer rerouting or refunding to travelers who have accepted or denied denied boarding. They are also entitled to a help desk with refreshments, meals, communications and accommodation if the flight is delayed overnight.
Passengers are also entitled to an allowance of € 250 for flights up to 1500km € 400 for flights up to 3500km and € 600 for flights that exceed 3500km.

Delay ... When to make a claim?

Going through a claim for a delay is eligible only if the company is not responsible for the delay (exceptional conditions).
The company must comply with European regulation EC No 261/2004 and offer assistance to its passengers according to the waiting time at the airport.
For any delays that can be avoided by the company, travelers can claim compensation between € 250  and € 600.

What happens if you miss your connecting flight?

For a missed connection at the airport, you must first know that a claim is eligible only if all flights are registered under the same booking.
