Air Armenia is an Armenian company, which must respect the European regulation CE 261/2004 for all its departures from the countries of the European Union.

Cancellation and conditions

Denied Boarding

As with the cancellation, the airline must offer rerouting or refunding to travelers who have accepted or denied denied boarding. They are also entitled to a help desk with refreshments, meals, communications and accommodation if the flight is delayed overnight.
Passengers are also entitled to an allowance of € 250 for flights up to 1500km € 400 for flights up to 3500km and € 600 for flights that exceed 3500km.
