In case of cancellation
The air carrier must notify you of the change at least two weeks before. The company does not consider claims for cancellations caused by exceptional circumstances.

The compensation depends on the distance of the flight, it will be 250 € for the flights of up to 1500km, 400 € for the flights of up to 3500km and 600 € for the flights of more than 3500km.

Any delay of three hours or more caused by the company gives the right to passengers to claim compensation up to 600 €.
