The overbooking causes the company to refuse boarding to travelers who had booked in advance. In this case, the company must offer assistance to travelers and offer them to choose between reimbursement or re-routing as for cancellation.
A denied boarding is a last-minute cancellation, which entitles travelers to claim compensation of up to € 600.
Victim of a delay at Air Côte d'Ivoire?

Missed Connecting Flight

For any delay exceeding 3 hours on arrival at the airport, the traveler is entitled to compensation of up to € 600.
Travelers are entitled to assistance depending on the waiting time at the airport. The company does not consider claim files in the event of a delay or cancellation caused by extraordinary circumstances.
