Cancellation ... What do you need to know?
In the event of a last minute cancellation caused by a crew strike or other reasons that the company could anticipate, the traveler will be entitled to a compensation of up to 600 €. That said, if the reasons for the cancellation come from exceptional conditions (weather.ex), the company will not accept any claim.
Travelers should be aware of any cancellations at least 15 days before.
The company provides assistance with meals or refreshments and accommodation if necessary.

Overbooking and denied boarding
In case of overbooking (selling more tickets than available seats) the company is obliged to refuse boarding to a few passengers, in exchange for certain benefits.
Travelers will have the right to choose between a refund or flight re-routing and assistance service in the same way as cancellation or delay.

Delay and its conditions
Any delay exceeding three hours, not justified gives the right to compensation between € 250 and € 600.
The company is not liable if the delay is caused by uncontrolled reasons (exceptional conditions). She must provide a meal or refreshment and accommodation if the delay is important to comply with the law.
The delay obviously depends on the length of the journey:
• 2h for flights up to 1500km
• 3h for flights up to 3500km
• 4h for flights over 3500km
The delay must be three hours or more, calculated after arrival at the airport.
Missed connecting flight

That said, if the traveler holds tickets from several companies, the one who made the first flight with a delay of at least three hours (calculated on arrival at the airport) will bear the responsibility for a missed connection.
Passengers are entitled to assistance and compensation of up to € 600 (depending on the route).
