EgyptAir

EgyptAir is the national airline of Egypt. Due to the complexity of air operations, EgyptAir may face sudden cancellations, delays or even overbooking.

The cancellation

The traveler may claim compensation if:
He was not warned at least two weeks before

Missed Connecting Flight

If the company is responsible for your "missed connection", you are protected by European regulation 2651/2004 and you can claim compensation up to € 600.
The delay is calculated after arrival at the airport, it must be at least three hours.
The company may propose another flight. In some cases, the traveler may pay a fee to exchange the flight with the company not responsible for the delay.
