HOP! Air France

HOP! Air France is a subsidiary of Air France which operates flights all over the world.
Under European regulation CE N 261/2004, the company must inform, assist, reimburse and compensate travelers in case of disturbances on flights: cancellation, delay or overbooking.

The tool below gives you the opportunity to benefit from expert work to obtain compensation quickly and legally.

Cancellations at Hop!

If you have not been informed at least two weeks before the change, and the cancellation was caused by causes that the company could avoid, such as the flight crew strike, then you can claim compensation.
The compensation varies between € 250 and € 600, depending on the distance of the flight.

The airline must offer its passengers the choice between re-routing or refunding the ticket (or the part not done).

An overbooking at Hop!

You are the victim of a denied boarding? This is often the case when it comes to overbooking. In this situation, the carrier must provide you with assistance (meals, ...) and offer you another similar flight or choice of reimbursement.

You are entitled to compensation if you are not the cause of your denied boarding.
The compensation varies between € 250 and € 600, depending on the distance of the flight.

You have been late at Hop?

Do not panic, the company must provide assistance for any delay that exceeds 2 hours. Indeed, you are entitled to a meal or a snack, telephone communication and even accommodation with transport in a few situations ... it depends on the waiting time at the airport.

European regulations protect travelers against the disruption of air transport and therefore have the right to compensation for delays exceeding 3 hours, however the causes could not be anticipated by the company.

Missed Connecting Flight

A missed match is the result of a significant delay caused by the traveler or the company.

If the traveler is the cause, the company may find another replacement flight but it is not constrained by the regulations.

In case of a missed connection due to a delay on the part of the company, the traveler is then protected by the law 261/2004 and he can benefit from compensation.

The delay must be 3 hours and more (delay calculated on arrival). Travelers can get € 600 for all flights over 3500km.
